Joe is a Spokane native. He graduated from Ferris High School and went on to work in retail, as an electrician's apprentice, and in hospitality at one of Spokane's favorite restaurants, Clinkerdagger. This work background taught him the value of service, problem solving under pressure, and keeping up in a fast paced work environment.
